For people who train to stay well, not to get big
Strong for the next thirty years.
Not bulky for the next thirty days.
A private strength and recovery room in your own home. Weight set to the pound, recovery modes built for backs, knees and shoulders, and nobody watching.
Gym Monster 3 in a living room. 1.22 m wide, 0.69 m deep, no wall fixings.
Who this is built for
You already do the hard thing every day. Training should not be another one.
-
The founderYou built the business. Your back paid for it.Long days, flights and a chair that has done more damage than any sport. You want the ache gone and the energy back, in the forty minutes you actually have.
-
The professionalYour hands and your focus are the practice.Surgeons, partners, pilots. You cannot afford an injury from a careless gym session, and you do not want a body that looks like it lifts for a living.
-
Fifty-five and planning aheadStrength decides how the next thirty years go.Bone density, balance and getting out of a chair without thinking. Two or three careful sessions a week, at loads a physio would sign off on.
-
Coming back from somethingA knee, a shoulder, a disc. The rehab needs a home. You finished the physio programme and were handed a sheet of exercises. You need somewhere to do them with the weight controlled to the pound.
Recovery first. Strength second.
Loaded like a physio would load you. Not like a gym would.
Two motors replace the weight stack. That is what makes it gentle enough for a joint that has been through something, and precise enough for a programme written by your physiotherapist. Mobility, stretching, Pilates and yoga sessions sit in the library alongside strength.
Strap work from the floor. The same cable that squats 100 kg can hold 2 kg for a hip that is not ready for more.
- Single-pound stepsWeight goes from 0 to 100 kg in 1 lb increments, set on the screen. A knee returning from surgery can start at 3 lb and add one a week.
- Fixed Speed modeThe machine holds the movement at a steady, controlled pace and adapts the load to keep it there. Speediance describes it as built for safe rehab training.
- Eccentric modeMore resistance on the lowering phase, less on the lift. This is the loading pattern tendon and post-injury protocols use, and it is hard to do safely with free weights.
- Smart SpotterIf a rep starts to fail, the resistance drops on its own. No stack to drop, no bar to get trapped under, nobody needed to stand over you.
- Every session loggedReps, load, range and tempo are recorded per person, so your physio or trainer can read what you actually did and adjust.

How the consultation works

You answer two questions
What you want from it and when. Then your name, number and email. Under a minute, below.
-
A senior advisor calls, once
Within one working day. Fifteen minutes about your situation, not the machine. If there is a medical history, we ask whether your doctor has cleared you to train.
-
A private appointment
At our Setia Alam or Johor showroom, by appointment so you have the floor to yourself. You try the recovery modes at your own loads and leave with a straight answer.
Questions people ask
Straight answers.
I have a bad back, knee or shoulder. Is this sensible?
Ask your doctor or physiotherapist first, and we will ask whether you have. Within that, this is one of the more forgiving ways to load a joint. The weight moves in 1 lb steps, Fixed Speed mode keeps the movement at a steady pace, Eccentric mode loads the lowering phase the way tendon rehab protocols do, and Smart Spotter reduces the weight on its own if you struggle.
Will it make me bulky?
Not unless you train for it. Size comes from high volume and eating in a surplus. Two or three short sessions a week at moderate load builds strength, bone density and joint stability without adding bulk.
Can my physiotherapist or trainer programme it?
Yes. Any of the 1,000+ movements can be set to a precise weight, tempo and resistance mode, and every session is logged. Partner Mode lets a trainer work alongside you on the same machine with their own settings.
How much space does it take?
In use, 0.84 m² of floor: 1.22 m wide, 0.69 m deep and 1.85 m tall. Folded, 37 cm deep and 0.25 m². Nothing is drilled or bolted to a wall.
Is there a subscription or servicing?
No. The training library is included, there is no membership, and there is no scheduled servicing. It can be invoiced to a company.
