Permanent magnet motors generate smooth, electronic resistance in 1 lb increments. Choose the model that fits your strength goals:

• Gym Monster 3: Twin 800W motors delivering up to 220 lb (100 kg).

• Gym Monster 3S: Upgraded twin 1000W motors delivering up to 264 lb (120 kg) for heavy lifters.

Change your load mid-set with the Bluetooth ring, or use the built-in voice control without breaking position or walking to a rack. Each side operates independently, so two people can train at two different weights at the same time in Partner Mode.

Four resistance modes plates cannot replicate

• Standard — consistent load through the full range, the way free weights behave.

• Eccentric — heavier on the negative phase, increasing resistance as you return to the start to build strength.

• Chain — load climbs as you approach lockout, matching your strength curve.

• Fixed Speed — holds a constant speed or resistance through the movement, ideal for safe rehab and steady pacing.

Unfolded, the machine covers about 0.84 m². Folded, it drops to roughly 0.26 m² against the wall — well under standard ceiling height.
