Speediance Gym Monster 3/3S | Smart Home Gym Malaysia

Last Updated: April 2026

Welcome to Speediance Malaysia. Due to the size, weight, and premium nature of our smart fitness equipment, we enforce strict guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure efficient logistics and maintain the highest product standards.

By purchasing from speediance.com.my, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Return Policy (All Sales Final)

To maintain the integrity of our hardware, all sales are final once an order is processed, shipped, or installed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind." Because our equipment requires complex logistics and specialized installation, customers are highly encouraged to evaluate the product thoroughly before purchasing.

2. "Try Before You Buy" / Showroom Experience

We do not offer in-home "Try Before You Buy" shipping trials. We believe the best way to experience Speediance is in person. Customers are strongly encouraged to book a hands-on consultative trial at our Shah Alam showroom prior to committing to a purchase. Once a machine is delivered to your premises, it is considered sold.

3. Out-of-Box Manufacturing Defects (7-Day Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our equipment. If your machine arrives with a critical manufacturing defect or hardware failure out of the box, you are covered under our 7-Day Guarantee.

The Process: You must notify our after-sales support team within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include clear unboxing/demonstration videos, the order number, and the machine's Serial Number (SN).

The Resolution: If a hardware defect is verified by our technical team, we will arrange for repairs or a 1-to-1 exchange at no additional logistical cost to you. This does not entitle the buyer to a full refund, only a functional replacement.

Standard Wear & Tear: Routine wear on cables, pulleys, and accessories does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is handled under standard warranty terms, not this return policy.

4. Software Binding & Activation

Once a Speediance machine is powered on, connected to Wi-Fi, and bound to a user account, the hardware is officially classified as "used" and activated. Under no circumstances can an activated machine be returned for a full refund.

5. Pre-Orders & Event Deposits

For items that are out of stock, in transit, or part of a promotional roadshow, we may collect a partial deposit or full prepayment to secure your unit and delivery slot.

Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order prior to the final scheduling of your delivery.

The Lock-In Period: Once your local delivery and installation date has been confirmed and scheduled with our logistics team, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

If an order is paid in full and canceled late in the fulfillment stage, a strict administrative and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover incurred logistical costs.

6. Refund Processing & Fees

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or message confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Approved refunds will be deducted for credit card processing fees and any applicable processing or manufacturer fees charged by the retailer (if payment was made by credit card).

For installment payments (e.g., Credit Card Installment, GrabPayLater, Atome, ShopeePayLater), a processing fee of 4% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is charged by the payment provider and is non-refundable.

7. Digital Subscriptions (Speediance Membership)

Speediance offers a Digital Membership that provides access to premium classes, workout tracking, and software features.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled.

Cancellations: You may cancel or manage your digital subscription at any time through your account settings.

No Refunds on Software: Cancellation prevents future charges, but we do not issue prorated refunds for the current billing cycle once it has been charged. Canceling your digital membership does not grant you the right to return the physical hardware.

8. Forced Returns & Deductions

In the rare event that Speediance Malaysia legally authorizes an exceptional return outside of the parameters above, the customer will bear heavy financial deductions. This includes the cost of reverse logistics for the 85kg+ equipment, any fulfilled onsite installation service fees, and a restocking fee. These will be deducted from the final refunded amount, in addition to any applicable fees described in Section 6 (Refund Processing & Fees).
